Refund Policy In Our Company

We want our customers to be satisfied with our service. Refunds are available for unused SMS credits if requested within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds are not applicable if SMS credits have already been used, or for any delays or delivery issues caused by third-party telecom providers. Sender ID registration and setup fees are also non-refundable.

To request a refund, email us at support@textmandu.com with your account details and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
